Ignite is designed for agents who are:

  • New to real estate
  • New to Keller Williams
  • Not capped
  • Being recruited
  • Wanting a refresher

Ignite consists of 20 sessions of four hours each. Each four-hour session of Ignite is divided
into two segments:

  1. A facilitated learning segment engaged through the Participant Guide, Facilitator
    Guide, and Facilitator PowerPoint deck.
  2. A two-hour Daily Success System which is the business building and lead generation
    component of each day.

Daily Success System: NOTE: Never skip the Daily Success System time! Building these habits sets the foundation
for a successful career. The Daily Success System can be engaged before or after the Ignite
learning session and should always be completed in full.
